1. Do you ship internationally?

Not at this time. Right now we only ship in within the continental United States.

2. I've received my confirmation # but still have not received my tracking #?

Items can take 3-4 days to be processed and shipped, once your item has been shipped you will be sent an email with your tracking #. 

3. I've received my tracking #, but there is no information. 

Shipping information can take 24-48 hours to be processed by either USPS or FedEx, if information about the location of your package after this time, please contact us at info@cityandstate.us

4. How long will it take for my item to arrive?

This will depend on the shipping option you select at the time of purchase. Usually orders arrive within 1 to 10 business days.

5. Do you accept returns? 

Yes. All returns require a receipt to show proof of purchase. Items can be returned within 90 days.
